Overview

TAD is a precision planetary family documented by TONGYU/JMC. The source offers 7 frame sizes, with single-stage ratios of 4, 5, 6, 7, 10 and a separate double-stage selection. Surface-hardened alloy-steel helical gears are precision ground. The quoted 2,000 Nm maximum rated torque covers the family; the source does not map that maximum to every ratio or frame. Use the manufacturer drawing to establish the motor interface and output arrangement, then request torque, input-speed and backlash values for the actual size. The listed ratio choices are not presented here as independently verified load configurations.
