Overview

JHG combines a hypoid first stage with additional gearing in a compact right-angle reducer. Jiaoxing lists sizes 50, 63 and 75. Two-stage units cover ratios 7.5–60, while three-stage units cover 80–300. The manufacturer identifies Gleason spiral-bevel gearing and positions the family for installations where drive layout or height limits make an inline unit unsuitable. Published ratios extend from 5.36 to 197.37 across TK38–TK188. Its 50,000 Nm torque ceiling describes the series envelope. Check the shaft arrangement, output connection and mounting orientation as well as the selected ratio. A combined reduction arrangement needs its own manufacturer selection rather than a multiplication of unrelated catalog limits.
