Overview

SG-PG28 is Siggear’s 28 mm diameter miniature metal planetary gearbox. The official specification table separates one through four stages: for example, one stage is listed at ratios 3.83, 4.4 or 5.25 with 20.0 kgf-cm rated permissible load and 90% efficiency, while the four-stage version is longer and has different permissible load and efficiency. Its continuous maximum input speed is 8,000 rpm, unloaded backlash is at most 1.2 degrees and working temperature is minus 40 to 120 degrees Celsius. These values describe the SG-PG28 family under the maker’s stated conditions; request the exact shaft, bearing-load and duty specification for a motor pairing.
