Overview

The SG-PG22 is a separate 22 mm diameter miniature planetary gearbox in Siggear’s catalogue. Its official table shows one- to four-stage configurations, with one-stage ratios of 3.5, 4 and 4.75 and rated permissible load of 8.0 kgf-cm for that one-stage arrangement. The continuous input-speed ceiling is 8,000 rpm; unloaded backlash is stated as no more than 1.5 degrees. The 22 mm envelope and lower one-stage permissible load distinguish it from SG-PG28, so dimensions and torque cannot be transferred between them. Select the stage count, shaft interface, radial and axial load, and working temperature for the intended geared-motor assembly.
