The official page describes a modular design, an integral cast housing and suitability for frequent starts and forward/reverse operation. It lists compound geared-motor combinations and connection options including a shrink disc, splined hollow shaft and B14 flange. Confirm which combination is supplied for the selected type code.

NMRV · worm reduction

Double-stage ratio / torque: 100–5,000 / 25–3,057 Nm

The NMRV page keeps single- and double-stage ratings separate and describes an aluminium-alloy housing and all-position installation. Use the ordered size's drawing and material specification, and confirm the oil quantity, breather/seal arrangement and thermal duty for the actual orientation.

Turn the application name into a load/time description.

The JCR page names transport, energy, mining, petroleum machinery, food/packaging and environmental equipment. NMRV includes textile/dyeing, rubber/plastics, environmental machinery, food/packaging and new energy. Those sectors are starting points; the specific machine determines selection.

Conveyor or packaging line

Send belt/roller geometry, load, speed, start frequency and acceleration. Include jam and reversing conditions, pulley/shaft forces and how the driven assembly is supported. Agree the motor/control and overload-protection scope.

Mixer or process machine

Separate steady running from breakaway and process peaks. Specify material condition, run hours, output orientation, axial/radial loads and support. Ask for the selected gearbox's mechanical and thermal calculation for that cycle.

Lifting or gravity-loaded motion

Define load path, holding and stopping requirements, starts, power-loss behaviour and mechanical support. Jiacheng also lists SWL screw jacks; a reducer torque rating does not establish a complete lift's load capacity or protection scheme.

Approve the complete assembly

A matched ratio still leaves motor, installation and heat to check.

The JCR and NMRV pages publish broad envelopes rather than selected-model operating curves. Request the configuration sheet for your required output speed and running load.

Start with speed and load

Provide motor/input speed, required output speed, continuous torque and time-limited peaks. For a compound unit, specify the complete stage combination and total ratio.

Motor and driven-machine interfaces

Motor frame/flange, pilot and shaft; output shaft or bore, key/spline/shrink-disc details; mounting holes, shaft heights and available envelope. Compare actual drawings when replacing an existing drive.

Duty and temperature

Ambient temperature, run/dwell times, starts and reversals, ventilation and enclosure. Ask how efficiency and losses affect the selected worm or helical arrangement under that duty.

Mounting and lubrication

Identify the installation position in the order. Agree lubricant, quantity, breather, seals and maintenance access. All-position mounting does not mean the same lubricant arrangement can be assumed in every position.

Acceptance and documentation

Approved model, ratio and drawing revision; agreed load/speed test, inspection records, material requirements where relevant, serial/nameplate identification, operating instructions and maintenance schedule.

Manufacturing and identity

Jiacheng's official introduction combines development, production and sales of gear and worm reducers. It describes motor, aluminium die-casting and grey-iron casting branches alongside machining and inspection equipment. Ask which processes and sites supply your ordered configuration and what records accompany it.

The national standards platform lists 杭州嘉诚机械有限公司 among the drafting organizations for JB/T 15302-2025, coaxial gear reducers, effective 1 July 2026. Participation in drafting is useful company context; agree the applicable order standard and inspection requirements for the selected product.

Use the official Hangzhou entity and Jiangdong Second Road address in supplier qualification. Confirm motor/reducer assembly scope, drawing revisions, spares, lubrication instructions and service arrangements in the quotation.
