Overview

Jiacheng’s NMRV family is offered as single-stage worm units and combined two-stage assemblies. The manufacturer separates a single-stage ratio range of 7.5–100 from a two-stage range of 100–5,000. Input power is specified as 0.06–15 kW for single-stage units; the two torque envelopes are listed separately below. The source describes an aluminum-alloy construction and multiple installation positions. Check the material and dimensions of the selected frame, as well as oil quantity and thermal duty for the actual orientation. A combined-stage reduction ratio must be evaluated with its own efficiency and permissible output load.
