Overview

JCR is Jiacheng’s modular helical geared-motor family. The source lists models 37–177, ratios from 3.77 to 267.77 and an input-power envelope from 0.12 to 250 kW. Its published output-torque range spans 3.5–56,845 Nm across the family. The manufacturer describes an integral cast housing and use in frequent starting or reversing duties; an application still needs a service-factor and thermal check. Provide the load cycle, motor requirements and mounting arrangement so the supplier can confirm a complete combination. Do not combine the largest torque and highest ratio into an assumed standard unit.
