MANUFACTURER DOCUMENTATION
Overview
The TR family uses helical gearing for compact industrial speed reduction. TONGLI lists TR18 through TR188 frame designations and a ratio envelope from 3.37 to 289.74. Its 50,000 Nm maximum is the top of the series, not the torque available from every frame or at the highest ratio. The published output-speed and motor-power envelopes also span multiple configurations. This range is intended for machinery such as conveying and mixing equipment. Ask TONGLI to select the complete frame, motor, reduction stages and service factor from your actual load cycle before comparing quotations.

Before you specify this gearbox
Helical gearboxes are used in a broad range of industrial drives. Mounting position, service factor, thermal capacity and lubrication are part of selection, not just the nameplate power.
- Confirm continuous, peak and emergency-stop load limits separately.
- Match the motor flange, shaft, mounting orientation and lubrication requirements.
- Request the current drawing revision and selection calculation from the manufacturer.
