Overview

JDLB uses a duplex worm arrangement that allows mesh clearance to be adjusted by moving the worm axially. Jiaoxing documents six sizes and distinguishes a super-precision option from the standard precision range. The source describes adjustment to below 1 arcmin and a 2–4 arcmin precision option; these are configuration-dependent statements, not an independent measurement of every gearbox. The right-angle layout can suit rotary positioning where the machine needs an adjustable mechanical backlash. Confirm the chosen precision grade, coupling, output bearing loads and continuous torque rating. Adjustment procedures and lubrication should follow the manufacturer’s current manual.
